7 Hour USPAP Update 7 Hours

A required continuing education course for each license renewal. The course material, published by the Appraisal Foundation, focuses on the changes to the most recent edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). It also addresses sections of USPAP that have not been changed but have been identified as problem areas.

Measuring Market Conditions 4 Hours

An absolute must for anyone appraising in today’s market. Written specifically for the market we find ourselves in, students will learn how to find and support opinions of supply and demand, property trends and time adjustments. Further discussion into what today’s lenders want, supply/demand trend analysis, marketing times, and measuring property value trends.

A Basic Course on the Operation of the HP-12C 4 Hours

Is your HP-12C calculator gathering dust? The HP 12-C may look good on the outside but it’s the inside, the things you cannot see, that makes this a great calculator. Although we cannot possible cover all that this calculator can do in 4 hours (thus the word “Basic” in the title), we will be covering the basics and beyond making you more efficient in your appraisal/real estate career. We also hope the course will peak your interest in the HP 12-C and inspire you to open that manual and learn all of it’s potential.
